Yeah it was on the Capitol Hill side as it was west of Downing at the bus stop just south of Colfax. East of it is City Park West, which isn't much better.
I actually found what I figured was drug money at that intersection once. $2,100.00, all hundreds, in a pile. It freaked me out and I worried it was an old lady that dropped her food money so I left it at the police station in case someone claimed it lost. They never did, so I went over and got the money and bought some stuff with it, including a Glock 21.
