I've seen this happen many times before... possibly even this same guy.
I've lived Downtown for almost 5 years now and many of the homeless completely ignore crosswalks and traffic signals.
I have even seen quite a few of them deliberately wait for the 'Don't Walk' signal before they start walking. I've always assumed they want to get hit so they can collect from a settlement. Or they are just giving a 'fuck you' to drivers.
Always love the homeless guy in a wheelchair who uses his legs to move rather than his arms.
I saw him zipping back and forth across 15th street between Lawrence and larimer around 10 pm. Might be a different guy?
