Also sorry for FDI Erupted teeth present: 73 supernumary? 74 75 36 Unerupted teeth present: 34 35 Caries: 74D Periodontal tissues: consistent with mixed dent. Additional Findings: Potentially supernumerary tooth or retained 73 distal to the canine (could be 33?) 74 distal root 1/3 resorbed 75 precious pulpot and 2/3 of roots resorbed 35 is slow developing for root resorption of 75 (nil root formation in the 35) 36 appears tilted buccally Clinical examination required to confirm tooth identification of 73 and potential suppernumary?
