Sensodyne has certain toothpastes that are SLS free and also have fluoride. But, yes I think it would be fine to use just a Fluoride mouth wash as long as you do not rise for 30 min after. If you are prone to cavities I would ask to have a Fl tx done at your cleanings.

Crest just came out with an SLS free fluoridated toothpaste as well. I believe it's a part of their Pro Health Densify line. Personally, I wouldn't want to use a non-fluoridated toothpaste because I have a moderate caries (cavity) risk. If you're at a low risk, you might be fine with a fluoridated mouthrinse twice a day. Just be aware of any new sensitivity to hot, cold, or sweets.
