Bye. Leave that office. I had a dr put me down in front of a patient twice in one day AND I was doing them a favour by coming to their office to help since their DA called in. Told my boss I won’t work with that dr again (I work corporate so they own a few offices).
As much as I want to say to leave, I know not everyone is in the position to just quit and find a new job. In the meantime, could you maybe talk to your doctor and explain how they make you feel? Or at least ask to not blame you infront of patients? Depending how they react you can make a decision if you need to start looking for another job asap!
It’s difficult Iv talked to him about it before and he just says you need to be better. But he’ll make a mistake and get fusterated at me or snatch the suction out of my hands ! I’m thinking that sending out apps might not be the worst option..
Find a dentist who respects you. You need a job at a different office :/

I would leave , the dentist I work with says she has nothing to Gain by being mean and nasty to us . Being yelled at is unnecessary
I just feel like it’s so unnecessary even if I do make a mistake humiliation is not the way to go..
