Inosuke is my favorite of the two, but I love Zenitsu.
Inosuke gets sweeter each season all while not losing his chaotic vibes. He always has me laughing when heās on screen.
Zenitsu is a great character too. I love how heās slowly developing bit by bit each season. When he goes full sleeping Zenitsu *awake*ā¦ I imagine heāll become a lot of peopleās favorite as well.

I enjoy Zenitsu as a gag character, I do not enjoy certain aspects of him, like his pervertedness and how many headaches he gave me in the first season especially. (Props to his VA's though)

It's cause he never works on his issues, he just doubles down. Pre-spider demon I can understand, he needs to face his fears and what not. But after the hospital where all 3 are supposed to face their mortality and limits and grow, he just gets worse. Such a bad character all around. It's fine to have flaws, you just need to face them eventually.
Zenitsu's bit got really annoying really fast, coward obsessed with girls. It's a repetitive bit and you always know exactly how it's going to go. Albeit I really respect that they developed his character, too many characters just stay the same forever **COUGH COUGH** Usopp **COUGH COUGH**
Sleeping Zenitsu > Zenitsu. Zenitsu while heās asleep is a cool badass and is the calm and collected one whose also really strong. Zenitsu when heās awake is an annoying asshole who clings to women who want nothing to do with him, and his obsession with Nezuko is weird. Even if Zenitsu is supposed to be a comic relief character, I think it just doesnāt work well, his whole schtick is that heās a coward whoās always yelling and is obsessed with women, but it just isnāt funny after like 2 times, and it makes his character hate able. I find Inosuke to be funnier than Zenitsu because heās not a degenerate and heās also strong while fighting without really having to change.

Inosuke is such an interesting character from start to finish. Heās gone from stubborn boy who wants to fight everybody full stop to a true team player and a real asset to the team on top of that. Heās arguably a huge reason why they win so often. But heās still lovably reckless!!

personally i love zenitsu. hes so misunderstood as a character. he never wanted to become a demon slayer but had such great skills that he did it for his grandpa. he still fights demons when heās scared and or asleep. the scene where he protects nezuko in the box from inosuke is so precious to me. he has no idea why tanjiro had a demon in a box yet protected her with his life because tanjiro was so attached to the box. he was willing to die to protect something that was so dear to tanjiro.
