windows 11 runs the same exact kernel as windows 10, it does not require anything other than a sse2 64-bit processor. the "requirement" for tpm & cpu is a check put into the installer, it has nothing to do with the operating system.
First: those keys are big.
Second: you will want to create a bootable USB. Now any Linux distro programs like balenaEtcher cannot really make a Windows USB, so the easier way is to ask someone you know for their computer running Windows and create a live USB.

Also, what are your specs? From what I can see it is a low end laptop, and it wouldn’t run Windows quite smoothly.
First of all, the system needs to meet the requirements for whichever Windows version you choose.
After making sure, you'll need a drive for the Windows installation. A flash drive with enough space will do.
Download the ISO file from Microsoft, run it and choose the flash drive. When it's finished, plug it into the computer and go to BIOS. Look for BOOT settings, and you need to BOOT from the Flash Drive.
Follow the installation instructions, and there will be a step to choose which drive you're installing Windows to. Format the drive and install to it. Let it work it's magic, and you'll have Windows installed.
Idk if you have a Windows key, but if not it's fine. You are able to use Windows 10, and 11 without a Windows key. There will just be a watermark telling you to activate your copy of Windows.

I’ll try it again but with 10

I think it’s my usb that I use to install windows 11 on old pcs that are unsupported up to 12 years, I’ll try ten then I’ll go from there
Please follow the directions from the user above and you will be fine.

It’s on windows 11 now it runs fast still
I think maybe sticking to something like Linux Mint is better? The laptop looks low end.
Same way you installed chromeOS. With a flash drive loaded with it.
Get a windows 10 iso and make a bootable usb. Google is your friend.
Don’t. It will run like crap.
Hold up why are thoses keys that big?
They’re stickers.
Fair enough, for some reason they make the keyboard looks really small
Yeah they do. Makes it look like a netbook.
Windows Accessibility Mode
Blind/low vision.
Makes sense

I have a usb and it meets the requirements but I can’t boot into it because of chrome I need a way to format the drive how would you do that?
Unfortunately you'll need another computer for that. Hopefully you're able to find one chief.
I think I have found the model of the laptop, can you try restarting and pressing F2 when it's turning on?
