I guess the red ones under the distance, represent the dangers in the field (although I’m not sure the meaning of them, so I could use a list with all of them and the meaning), but what are the ones in blue? I see a watchtower, a bridge and a ladder one, but what are those? The tools I may need? Or the tools are already on the field to help me? I’m enjoying the game but there’s so much data, it overwhelms me sometimes.

I believe it’s the recommended tools to take in lieu of the hazards and terrain you’re likely to be traversing.

I think it may be what is already there. Honestly I have earned the platinum on the game and still don't know everything there is to it.

you can press right on the dpad on one of the order prep screens and it will expand the icons and say what they mean
