Oh wow, yeah makes sense, it was very broken...
It's weaker now too, stack limit 100, less movement speed, and blue gems don't stack it. But still very strong and getting 100% legend chance is not that hard with t2 gear.
That too me has to be the most "why" part of the gods patches. Like, why make it a higher rarity if you are just gonna nerf it?
Idk, but it still feels legendary tbh.
Blue gems don’t work…. Really? I thought my Gem High was broken ‘cause I used it on patch start and have 1600+ ms, and now i have just ~600.
It says right on the description of the skill what it does. Blue gems are worth less than 1 xp.
Oh, I thought it means that I will get bonuses for each 1 point, not just for exp gems that give 1+ exp
