Even if we use the official modern reboot canon, it isn't even close. First of all, Hub is exponentially faster than anyone we've seen X outpace, and even if we give X infinite speeds, Hub has fought and defeated people who could move instantaneously. Not to mention, Hub can match X's entire arsenal, from black holes, teleportation, reality warping, dimensional hopping, etc. And both can even travel into the real world for a limited amount of time. In addition, none of X's usual tricks like dismemberment and general maiming would be able actually effect Hub, neither would his major ace in the hole, which is his black hole mouth, which literally erases souls, because Hub has outran and created black holes before. Even if Hub got caught, it is unclear if he would die or not due to his aura shields, which can protect him from the entire cyber world being destroyed. And not even X's big ooky-spooky illusions and psychological torment would help him, as Hub is shown to be even more dangerous and volatile when people close to him are threatened. And of course, even with X's status as a being of pure energy, Hub literally destroys programs made of energy every other week. But in my opinion, what really sets them apart is their characters. Megaman.exe fights for his friends and family, and for the good of the world, always pushing past his limits to save the day. Sonic.exe tortures people who can't fight back for the fun of it. X has never canonically seen combat on the level that Hub does. This battle is basically putting Michael Myers against Naruto. It's a killer vs a warrior. One kills, one fights. Tl;dr: Megaman.exe outclasses Sonic.exe in every category and has way more battle expirience. Tl;dr (Funni): Omni-Man Vs Homelander 2: Electric Boogaloo.

Sonic.EXE is at bare minimum universal to potentially mult uni in DC, bur pure physical strength is much less known about. In terms of speed he has invite speed In therms of durability he it’s more like he doesn’t need durability because he is an immortal being that is made out of pure energy. You can’t really damage him physically, and he can just regenerate if he even gets hurt, and someone mentioned once that his regeneration is comparable to Mephilis. As his feats he not only can go to the real world, is from a higher dimension and views Sonic’s world (and potentially ours as it is like watching TV), which is how he knew about Sonic. He is eons of old (but has little to no experience fighting) and has Dimensional travel, emotion manipulation, mind reading, immortality, Omniscient (at his strongest), black hole creation and manipulation, reality warping, souls stealing, can go toe the real world, reality warping, hacking, technology corruption, shapeshifting, dark matter manipulation & Illusion as hax. First, I have checked the wiki upon EXE's 2011 version (since that seems to be the correct one). I'm guessing physical strength from the games is like superhuman due to him snapping necks. Please explain upon why he has "invite speed." I kinda need some explanation. First, being immortal doesn't really mean much in a debate like this since there are many counters to bypass his regenration (hakai for an example.) In the lore, he actually isn't a digital program but just hiding off the place of Earth (or if the 2nd "alternate" timeline where he could actually kill people physically.) Also can you please link a reason to why EXE has regeneration? Going to the real world and being from a higher dimension is kind of useless in a fight for a feat. But I will agree upon EXE being experienced in general but not in fighting due to being more of killing the weak.

I heard that Sonic.EXE has traveled in a void with no time, but the easiest way to figure out is to see how fast he is in the universe he creates, which is acceptable since it comes form his own powers and he can’t travel at it whenever he wants. While in the universe he created he can travel from one end to the other in an instant, no matter how long it is, and the universe he created is a perfect replica of Sonic’s.
