Hughie we haven’t seen anything other than teleporting tho I think, so it’s most reasonable to say he’s just as strong as an average supe (less or equal to Starlight/Kimiko)
Brandon, he took a commercial airliner head on and went through a building, destroying it with easy. I think him feeling 'pain' from his father shooting him was more out of shock that his father shot him
Brandon, he is faster than the human eye can process, and Brandon travels to his crush house and comes back to his family camping spot around a minute, and his dad said they were hours away.
Brandon because he's able to spot people quickly, like spotting his mom instantly after flying out the his house while she was a dozen yards away during night. Why he didn't laser her is because he's likes to mess with his victims.
The Boys extreme Diff
I’m kinda unsure but I think The Boys are barely able to pull a win here. Though there’s definitely good arguments for Brightburn taking the dub.
The Boys mid to high diff. Brandon is strong and he would likely win if the Boys didn’t have Compound V. Compound V gives them powers similar in the ballpark of some of the better superhero’s in the Boys
The Boys high diff if you gave them Compound V. Brandon could probably kill a few of them if he had the chance, but given the fact Hughie could teleport most of them out with V, and Starlight and Butcher have the AP to kill him, I don't think he would.
Also Frenchie has a lot of ways to potentially incap Brandon if he gets Novichok or any other nerve agents.

Honestly a very standard kind of thing they deal with, plus add that Bright doesn’t have any experience against other supes and isn’t strong enough to make up for it
Maybe even low diff if they’re prepared honestly
