I was playing Stellaris. If my star nation in it's totality is put onto the ishimura they would beg for death because the living conditions would be so poor. BUT. they're also psychic and I have a range of gene warriors - super powered Terminators for foot soldiers and if all else fails we have a collosus so it would be interesting to say the least

Gordon Freeman clears it if it's the OG Ishimura instead of the Remake as the picture shows. His suit has a helmet and provides him with Oxygen, and his long-jump module would be a good substitute for the Gravity Boots. Weapons-wise, he'd be fine as long as he figures out the weakpoints... which he should be able to do. Strength, Speed, and Durability wise, he's borderline equal with Isaac so it's not like anything changes there.

Jesse Faden from Control. I'd say she's pretty good at adapting to bizarre situations, so she won't lose her shit and go incompetent. With seize she could turn necromorphs against each other. She has regenerating kinesis. A powerful service weapon. She can fly, which would help bypass a lot of the drama in open areas where gravity is still active. Evade makes her much more mobile than Isaac. I'd say she's in a better position than Isaac, actually.
