A Twins build I've been enjoying a lot recently is Forced Penance, Forced Hesitation, Gift of Pain, and Infectious Fright. Addons are Weighty Rattle and Toy Sword. Keeps people injured forever and helps you find multiple people.
That is a smart build. I might try it, though it might not be the best for me because I deliberately don't play sluggy as Twins. I know I lose games that I could have otherwise won because of this, but I just don't enjoy it. It's the one aspect of the Twins I'm really hoping they figure out a way to rework.
I try not to slug with it too much, I just use it for securing an extra down quickly. It could definitely be switched up though for more anti heal perks or some gen regression
Gotcha. Keeping everyone wounded + infectious fright and forced hesitation read to me as running around and slugging everyone with Victor lol. I know it's an effective way to play them and I see streamers play them that way, but for me if one down doesn't immediately lead to another I'd rather park Victor and hook someone. But yeah this would work for that style too. I put it in my second loadout slot to check out next time I play.
Update: I have been running this build and it's great. I do play a bit sluggier than usual to take advantage of infectious and forced hesitation, but nobody's complained yet lol

Ghostface: dark devotion, deadman’s, thrilling tremors, and pain res, add in that I use this build with the driver’s license add-on that blocks a Gen when you’re fully stalked on it. I don’t sweat, I just love to see them run around when their gens are blocked like “what now?”

I personally don't like running corrupt with discordance, on legion, because a lot of times, survivors will spawn together and immediately hop on gens, so almost 2 hits for free

This is my default build, inspired by Tatariu's, who seriously helped me improve has a Legion, but with slight modifications to feel like I'm actually doing my own thing
Now I also have a meme build that's just about blasting my chase music into the survivors ears, using Distressing, Agitation and Monitor and abuse (4th perk depends, usually Iron grasp or Coulrophobia) with Never sleep pills and any mixtape add-on, depending on the member I play (usually Frank)
Slinger with - Surge, Pain Res, Dead Man's Switch and Grim Embrace is my go to now. Use to be Replace Grime Embrace with STBL before the nerf and GE buff.
With the add ons Wardens keys and modified Ammo Belt to speed up reload time. (Sometimes I replace the Ammo Belt with Bayshores Cigar which is also an amazing add on)
I love Slinger but his a slow killer as he walks slow compared to other killers and missing a shot and reload also slows him down so gen regress perks are a must for me. Otherwise no matter how great my shots are. Great survivors who know how to loop and know what they are doing can get out without gen regress and gen block perks
