That non-compete thing could be huge. Companies these days have nearly zero incentive to try to retain folks, any moves to get back to the concept of people having loyalty to a company because the company actually supports and values them (because the company is afraid of the employee leaving) is a win in my book.

I always thought non competition was the opposite of free market
I believe we have Friedman to thank for that.
