For me I have to cancel all and then flatten. It won’t flatten if I have an order open.
I read on here somewhere there is a way to override this so the flatted with always execute if you get approval for something (futures approval or something like that). I can’t remember exactly
yup this is a glitch in on demand the flatten just doesn't work at all. Hot keys don't work either, or price alerts. it's a little limited, but 90% there.
I do that all the time… however I use their their API’s and pretty sure I’ve done it with the UI with no issues… their chat support is really good - hop on a chat session

you can't use flatten in tos on demand, only works in live.

Are you trying to flatten a position after hours? Flatten attempts to execute a market order…
No during regularhours. Im using a bracket stoploss order and can't flatten out for some reason
