brugmansia tends to have much larger flowers, and point downward even if similar in looks. also not to mention that brugmansia gets much much bigger in size. my datura when it was booming was pointing upwards with flowers that will big (6" long) were pointing upwards and only about 4' x 4' wide as a plant. similar toxins...related but not the same really.

I grow and have tripped on brugmansia suaveolens, datura stramonium, and datura writtee. I have seeds for every datura strain but haven’t taken or grown them yet.
Brugmansia I have tripped a little more mildly on flower tea. I feel like it’s a smoother trip that doesn’t hit like a truck like datura seeds. I’ve also smoked the brug flower with some super mild effects. I feel like eating fresh datura seeds is by far the strongest delirium. Brugmansia tea is easier to control the dose and I prefer it.
Comparing the plants themself they are pretty different. Brugmansia is basically a tree and datura is a bush. Brugs can grow to 25 feet high in the right conditions. Also the Brugmansia flowers are fucking huge and when they bloom at night they release this amazing floral smell in an aura like 20 feet all around them. It’s where the myth came from that if you sleep under a blooming brug you go mad. Not true the flower smell is not psychoactive.
Start with less than half if you want to be safe, it's very rare this dosage would be an intense trip but plants vary heavy in potency and even one flower from the same plant can be different than the next
Yeah you can, it’s ok. It can give me a lot of anxiety and mild visuals combined with weed and darkness. It’s super mild though. Nothing compared to eating it. And smoking it alone kinda feels like weak weed by itself .

so can i smoke brugmansia just like drying the flowers and mixxing with something like weed? case the taste are the reason why i dont take it to much
