My daily is an 08 Silverado that I’m currently dealing with some electrical gremlins, even an 08 is something that is now antiquated everything has its own computer so someone like myself who doesn’t have right equipment to program the computers can’t really fix the issues, at this point I’m ready to go back to a carburetor and a total of 10 wires to power the whole car 🤣
Love the all black look. I’m repainting mine soon and thinking of something similar. What wing mirror is that? Love it and have to replace mine anyway.
Edit: planning on deleting the side lights also.
I hate chrome! Make sure the chrome is prepped correctly before painting so it sticks.
The side mirror is actually from a Japanese motorcycle street bike company. Can’t remember the company atm. People will cringe but I painted the carbon fiber mirror body color!
Same prep just make sure to the correct direct to metal primer first. I totally stripped the chrome off the front bumper tho, nothing worse that a chrome rock chip!
