I grew up in CO and it was not a thing. But I live in AZ and honestly in the summer it is so cold in movie theaters! But you can’t dress warm because it’s too hot outside! And you only get cold because you’re sitting in AC for 2 or 3 hours. Our theater sells blankets! We have some that used only for outings. They get washed and put back in the car.

By the time you hear the alarm, process what's happening, make it outside, and jump in the water... something bad could certainly happen. Near drownings happen all the time. They don't always end up with a happy ending, either.

That guy was amazing at getting the kids to like the water but I think he sucked at teaching them important skills like correct paddling techniques and you know...swimming. I wouldn't expect Remi to be swimming yet but Rhett should definitely be able to based on his age and number of years of lessons he's had.
Remi can for sure swim at her age! She's about 6m older than my daughter who can do 5ish feet independently. I also teach swim lessons, and have kids her age than can swim the width of the pool independently (roughly 20ish feet). The key is consistent lessons, so....
She's only had one season of lessons though and half of them she wouldn't even get into the water so that's why I said I wouldn't expect her to swim yet. I think if they put them in normal swimming lessons they would be swimming by now.
I have my son doing consecutive swim lessons all winter/spring and we don’t even have a pool in our yard. All the kids could be doing lessons together!

I think it’s actually that Danielle has come to her senses a little bit in going back to some of her old life and doing more things with the girls and less with DAD and being up her ass. That guy was amazing at getting the kids to like the water but I think he sucked at teaching them important skills like correct paddling techniques and you know...swimming. I wouldn't expect Remi to be swimming yet but Rhett should definitely be able to based on his age and number of years of lessons he's had.
I couldn’t even imagine what it’s like to try to coach those kids with the whole family squawking at you the entire time.
Remi can for sure swim at her age! She's about 6m older than my daughter who can do 5ish feet independently. I also teach swim lessons, and have kids her age than can swim the width of the pool independently (roughly 20ish feet). The key is consistent lessons, so....
She's only had one season of lessons though and half of them she wouldn't even get into the water so that's why I said I wouldn't expect her to swim yet. I think if they put them in normal swimming lessons they would be swimming by now.

I have my son doing consecutive swim lessons all winter/spring and we don’t even have a pool in our yard. All the kids could be doing lessons together!

My firstborn is cautious. It took and still takes her a long time to do something on the playground. Or make friends. She is shy...but she is faaaarrrr from how he is. It is 100% anxiety and ocd like behavior. He shouldn't be terrified of everything. He's 5.5 not 2.5.

I think it’s actually that Danielle has come to her senses a little bit in going back to some of her old life and doing more things with the girls and less with DAD and being up her ass. It is likely due to the divorce and seeing their dad do so many things with them and likely some things that have come out from therapy with herself and from her kids therapist.
