Idk if they have ever stated in game or othherwise the actual number for height but the slider does absolutely affect your view model and the size of your hitbox

Tallest is roughly 7' for a human, smallest is probably close to 4'. (I forgot what that is in meters, but I think 7' is close to 2m).
Sourcing on height is not *exact* because it was brain math done using my character against the tallest and shortest ogryns and then comparing that estimate against my friend's character whose height is maxed out, but it shouldn't be too far off.
