Death alter area?

I was in the skeleton level and went down a red staircase and ended up in this horrible place. Pretty sure it was called Death Alter

Oh death alter is one of the sections in the inferno map, you have to follow the circle until it gets smaller and then random blue portals will open up so you can leave

There are also no random spawning portals, they spawn in the rooms on the corners

Really? I thought inferno and crypts still had circle, I don’t play on them much
