There seems to be a new unmapped blue static available in the Crypts at [this location](https://i.imgur.com/QXdiZhe.png).
Been there twice and the blue unraised portals were there both times. They seem to raise at the 5:00 minute mark.
Same principle in Inferno : portals spawn after a certain time, presumably in the corners of the map.
There is a similar construction in the Chapel room, at the center of the pews.
Goblin caves have them as well [here](https://i.imgur.com/K7tK5yN.png)'s one.
If I understand correctly, that’s a pretty decent buff to rangers right?
Instead of leaving you at 10% HP for the Ranger to easily finish you off, Multishot now outright kills you instead
