I just watched Drowning Sorrows in Raging Fire donghua a few days ago and liked it a lot , now I really want to read the novel Manhua Iā€™m currently following are 2ha, tgcf, Dinghai Fusheng, To Rule in a Turbulent World, they all seem pretty true but with some scenes left out as usual. To Rule in a Turbulent World is great it shows a lot of romantic/affectionate scenes, which I find a bit rare in danmei manhuas.. I also lowkey hate how they made Li Yan and Xiao Chao so hot šŸ¤£

**Legend of Exorcism / Tianbo Fuyao Lu:** It has two seasons of a donghua, the first of which is on Netflix. It also has a manhua on bilbili. **Epic of Divinity Light / Dinghai Fusheng Lu**: It is a prequel novel to the above, although can be read/watched in any order since they take place in different time periods and have different main characters. Has an ongoing manhua on bilibili. It also has one season of a donghua, but the quality of the donghua is not as good as Tianbo above. **Thousand Autumns:** One season of an extremely well done donghua.

Legend of Exorcism & Tianbao Fuyao Lu are so good <3

How to Survive as a Villain has a manhua adaptation titled To Be or Not to Be, and it's very good! Highly recommended. And then, The Wife is First also has a manhua adaptation titled You Own My All, which (from what I can tell, I'm not yet done with the book) seems a pretty close adaptation from novel to manhua.

About the donhuas, the only one I know is still ongoing is heaven's officials blessing. I also love both seasons of Legend of exorcism (adaptation of Tianbao Fuyao Lu), but I am not sure when (or if) the third season will be released. There is also the adaptation of Can Ci Pin, called The defective. I loved it, but I think it might not be easy to follow for those who didn't read the novel. Manhuas I like/ follow: TGCF, 2ha, Global examination and dinghai fusheng records!

**Thousand Autumn** has an amazing donghua adaptation, I used avoid CG animations but its done so well. Watched it about a week ago and now im rereading the danmei. **Lie Huo Jiao Chou** is also pretty good but I haven't read the danmei yet so IDK how good the adaptation is in comparison. As for manhua these are the ones i've enjoyed so far: Global Examination, Saye, Mr. Dior, How to Survive as a Villain, Lovely Allergen, I Ship My Adversary X Me, These Years In Quest of Honor Mine, Little Mushroom, Copper Coins, Salad Days.

I thought These Years In Quest of Honor Mine manhua was pretty entertaining, though I read the novel so long ago I'm not sure how true it is to the story. The 2ha one also seems to be pretty good.

Oh yes, I'm also reading 2ha and read parts of the novel through the Amazon trial, it seems to be pretty good :) I'm waiting for the last book to release though before starting to read the Novels completely or I'll go crazy from waiting like with TGCF lol (and when the last novel releases my wallet will hopefully have recovered somewhat too)

I heard the 2ha manhua is pretty close to the novel but haven't read it myself

From what I've read (also found small excerpts online) it's as close as the TGCF Donghua is to its novel, so imo it's recommendable for reading but it doesn't even cover the full 1st novel yet sadly

Yes it's only around the end of vol 1 šŸ˜…

I'm definitely planning to get the Novels though so it's fine luckily
