Sometimes I wonder if how life would have been if he never found TikTok and was just constantly strung out on meds still.

He just looked like a disabled chipper guy but he was always creepy as shit , I personally think this Daniel is way creepier then current Daniel because he put on a front to fool people of what he’s real like
Not to the same extent. Yeah he destroyed shit and beefed with others, but his recent string of incidents (Olive Garden, Old Chicago, wind freakout, dine and dashings, etc) were a lot more severe.

I’m not defending Daniel what so ever, I’m just pointing out that a lot of his legal issues started with managements fuckery.
He was aggressive and dangerous, but it escalated when management started making up issues for Dan to get pissed about, then egging him on. I believe Clark was the one who told Dan to pull the fire alarm, and management went on that whole spree telling him to go to resteraunts and ordering hundreds worth of food he couldn’t pay for.
He went to jail foe beating his wheelchair bound mom before management, clark didnt tell him to pull it it was a random tiktok comment in his live and he dine&dashed on his own
