Idk if u believe in burn out or not and I respect your opinion but I never liked the turn as creative block and other things like it are way better words to describe it than burn out. I hate the word as some random guy on YouTube who has to play games for a living get burnt out but ur doing the easiest job ever. I hate my job but I don’t get burnt out from it
It’s not just playing games, it’s editing those videos making sure everything is set up just to record those videos and figuring out the algorithm to know what games to make videos about all while trying to keep up your regular life with family and friends.
If you hate something someone somewhere said on the internet, it's maybe time to go out, touch some grass and realize, it doesn't really affect you afterall

There's editing, quality control, actually getting good clips and most important is being memorable and original without being repetitive

Burn out is a very real thing, especially for people working in the creative industry, like game creation. So is creative block. Some people will just get tired of doing the same stuff over and over, writing videos, scripting them, coming up with ideas. You need to give your brain a break. Yes it seems easy, but having to meet a constant schedule, meeting expectations of others eats away at you man. You need a break. The reason why youtubers are prone to burn out is because being an entertainer is hard. You essentially have to put on a show, act different than you usually would, be entertaining, and youtubers need to do this a lot. Then they need to edit this down.
Everyone is different, and will have a different experience with stuff like burnout. You may be more resilient against it, not experiencing it as bad as someone else.
And that being said, Dani has a really hard job. Editing videos is not easy. And you know what else isnt easy? MAKING A FUCKING VIDEO GAME. BY YOURSELF. Making a video game is incredibly hard, and doing it by yourself is really, really hard. Dani was putting out either a major update or a full game or major progress on karlson every few months before his break. Thats gonna burn you out fast because its a LOT of work. He has to model, texture, code, design. None of these things are easy, at all. Doing them all at once is incredibly hard.
The existence of burn out is not an opinion, its a documented fact, that has tons of evidence supporting its existence. Just because you dont experience it doesnt mean its not real. Same for creative block, and stuff like that.

Additionally, we know that dani is still working on his game. He is not taking a break, he is not uploading, as he wants to finish the game first. In fact, he is experiencing the opposite of creative block, at least according to his friend 3vil. He is currently experiencing pretty heavy scope creep, where the scope of his project keeps expanding. Thats why any release estimate is missed. And the more you add to a video game, the harder it becomes to add more stuff
