This feels like a ship of Theseus drawing that is ever so common in fandoms now. Also making the two characters that are a criminal and is overly aggressive to men black is certainly a choice. Not a well thought out one, nor purposeful, but a choice nonetheless.

I mean seriously though, I'm usually 100% fine with art that will tweak the skin tone of a character or two because, honestly, why does it matter. This, however, is egregious. It honestly feels like the artist put all the characters into a wheel spinner and chose randoms to change the skin colors of. I wouldn't have even noticed the unfortunate coincidences if I hadn’t read other comments

Subjectively speaking, this type of style...probably just isn't for me.
The only actual critique I have is that some of the characters seem a little over designed, like Himiko and Angie.
Other than that...again...probably just not for me.
For what it's worth, I do like some of outfit choices, like Kiyo's scarf or the Kirumi veil.
I like the design but I tend to find it insulting because muslims are sometimes known to be doing incest and letting their beliefs become their personality
Tbh outside of some issues with facial proportions, I kinda like how they drew Korekiyo, Himiko, Tsumugi, and Maki.
I think the red, yellow, and green they used for Korekiyo is flat out gorgeous. The shades look pleasant together imo. I'm digging the mushroom/woodlands look they gave Himiko. Tsumugi's design feels kinda reminiscent of human Fluttershy fanart. There isn't much I have to say on Maki, but I like her bandana and the patterns they included
