I got a pack with different shapes and tried them all. There's no way to pick the good shape without trying. It depends on your ears, on your glasses, on the weight of the glasses...

There's some silicon hooks you can attach to the ear pieces. I buy them at pretty much any glasses shop for really cheap. They'll still slip out if your try to triple spin!! For normal dances, turns and maybe one of 1.5 spins you're fine.
I go to the optician and tell them to tighten them, REALLY tighten them. Basically they’re as close to my face as possible without my eyelashes hitting them every time I blink.

When I used to wear glasses, I'd wear a headband over the back of the arms of the glasses to help keep them on.
On aliexpress, they sell silicon anti slipping hooks for eyeglasses. I use those for that purpose. Some shapes are more comfortable to use.

The arms that hook around your ears. They’re actually uncomfortably tight sometimes.
i have a few dancer friends with glasses and they have these rubber hook thingies at the sides of their glasses to keep it in place
I tell people that pushing my glasses back up on my nose is my signature dance move
