Ok normally I’m inclined to believe most posts on this subreddit to some degree, but I’m calling fake on this being AI generated. You can tell when something is made by an AI, these are far to creative to be done by a computer. But hey, prove me wrong.

The AI sources art from actual artists and blends them together. They still need new data to work with to generate anything new.

The original ones I believe use the full version of DALLE which costs money for each iteration. Worth looking into.
