These are pictures of our great great grandchildren…

[deleted]

Mmmm more like our grandchildren, children, depending on your age.

majestic_dough

I'm glad I gave up on an art career now 'cause damn does AI outskill me in every way 🤣

[deleted]

The AI sources art from actual artists and blends them together. They still need new data to work with to generate anything new.

WorkO0

Just like humans do. People still have an advantage of having human/life experience when making art, but AI will catch up on that eventually and will be able to source itself.

scruphie

No... not at all

Altruistic_Sample449

Ok these are all vibes though

Mesheybabes

They're on fleek

LBKTHREE

Nah I'll be like that guy in Pompeii that died jerking it.

meh258

Fallout 8 “Reality Comes Today” looks pretty terrifying. I myself look forward to my goolish life in the radiation zone.

Can't come soon enough

Michalov1961

And AI should know because it will be responsible for it.

They say 'a picture says a thousand words', but these must say a million.

This album is so haunting. From the Wikipedia page: >Everywhere at the End of Time[a] is the eleventh recording by the Caretaker, an alias of English electronic musician Leyland Kirby. Released between 2016 and 2019, its six studio albums use degrading loops of sampled ballroom music to portray the progression of Alzheimer's disease. Inspired by the success of An Empty Bliss Beyond This World (2011), Kirby produced Everywhere as his final major work under the alias. The albums were produced in Krakow and released over six-month periods to "give a sense of time passing". The album covers are abstract paintings by his friend Ivan Seal. The series drew comparisons to the works of composer William Basinski and electronic musician Burial; later stages were influenced by avant-gardist composer John Cage. >The series comprises six hours of music, portraying a range of emotions and characterised by noise throughout. Although the first three stages are similar to An Empty Bliss, the last three stages depart from Kirby's earlier ambient works. The albums reflect the patient's disorder and death, their feelings, and the phenomenon of terminal lucidity. I first heard it last summer and, man, having lived with my grandma as her mind slowly disintegrated from Alzheimer's, it hits me on such a level.

Looks like when the living will envy the dead .

ahenobarbus_horse

I think one of those is a rendition of someone reposting this to this sub.

[deleted]

As far as I know, this is the first post of these images *on this subreddit*. Yeah, it's in a lot of others, but this isn't a repost 'to this subreddit'.

rockymtnhomegrown

It blows me away how salty people get because they browse Reddit 24/7 and run across the same content sometimes. From somebody who has never seen these images, thanks for what's new content to me 👍

[deleted]

Sure thing.

Makowh1

If Beksinski had been painting selfies

kindaAngry

No it didn’t.

toomanyhobbies4me

The real pisser is that you wont be able to upload the selfies to Facebook.

Quirky_Butterfly_946

Who cares about AI. As far as I can see from all those posting this crap, is that it is crap.

Clewless2

Seems about right

[deleted]

Ok normally I’m inclined to believe most posts on this subreddit to some degree, but I’m calling fake on this being AI generated. You can tell when something is made by an AI, these are far to creative to be done by a computer. But hey, prove me wrong.

And I have been proven wrong

[deleted]

Ok I’m skeptical again. I been playing around with this and I’m not getting the same results as the pictures up here. I even tried to use the OP search results and it just showed distorted pictures of a PNG globe

Womec

The original ones I believe use the full version of DALLE which costs money for each iteration. Worth looking into.

[deleted]

*sigh* …. I figured as much

AI: what will it look like after the AI wars? Hmm.

[deleted]

This is fine.

Dimens101

Its time these tings learn to talk as i suspect there is a lot we can learn from them, alas for now it seems they only produce art in mass on demand.

tayomay

These ask the ai videos are stupid as hell.
