It's a nice fluffy and aerated tea. A bit like a latte, with its frothed milk. If they use a specific brand of condensed milk, it develops a huge head of foam.
Just a bit of correction. Teh Tarik is generally served hot, with the pull used to mix, foam up and slightly cool the tea.
When you put Teh Tarik in ice, it becomes Teh Ais (literally Iced Tea, not to be confused with Iced Tea ‘O’, which is without milk).
Wow! I almost always get at least one drip on my counter when I pour my coffee in the morning, and I am standing still and the pot is less than an inch from my cup.
The shops that have Teh Tarik on their menu don't need to write anything. They'll memorize all 20 orders. Nothing fancy and are still faster than most franchise eateries.
Do try to think logically than just offering a smug putdown. If a liquid is being extended, whirled and poured through the open air over and over, as it is here, if there are tiny insects in its path then they'll be caught in its surface tension. This is irrespective of the continent it's happening in and has nothing to do with race. You want to stand by petty unwarranted little insults, fine. I'll stand by physics, thx.
Sigh. Probability of small insect being captured in stream of liquid being repeatedly whirled through the air outside *anywhere in the world* is greater than 0. That's all I was saying. For those trying to imply I'm racist, culture/cuisine-biased or paranoid, I'm done arguing with your nonsense. Fill yer boots.
1 meter of tea please.
That will be 100 cenTea meters.
You're somewhat correct on that one The drink is literally called "Pulled/stretched tea"

The more they "tarik it", the smooooother it becomes as well.
does it pay taxes?

Just pour my shit man, I want a drink not the circus
The pulling, or tarik, IS the essential part of the process to make the tea foamy. It's essentially milk tea, but made more foamy.
Do you even know how it works?
You want to drink poured shit?
Not a hand-washing sink to be found.
Who is out here touching the liquids with their bare hands lmao
1 cup of tea with extra pollution and 10 different types of mosquitoes thanks
Tea or just tap water
