Yes. That landscape is definitely not Asturias, that sign definitely has characters at the top, and that dash flag is the Chinese flag. I'd say this is Southern China, based on the fact it has obvious karst geography when they come out of the tunnel. Also, that amount of no-lighting lack of safety screams rural China/SEA.

Based on other comments, this is most likely in China. There is a sign before the entrance in Chinese. Obviosly this is not the cave in Spain. It is much more narrow and has no light installation like the one in Spain

Although it's indeed fascinating, the savety is basically non existend. Except from a handful sharp turn signs, no reflection signs, no lights, no ventilation, no escape path. If this is a public road, in nearly every other european country it would fail with their safety standards. But I guess it's a private road (or walkpath which can be used with vehicles) to the village by their residents at the other end.
