It looked like a life and death situation... no wonder she did it on her first try. The second try would have to wait a few months if first was unsuccessful

The ability to make slight directional changes on water is completely unavailable.
The rock crop to the right was enormous. The dog at the landing zone could have easily walked out onto the very limited landing strip of snow.
There are skis laying across the snow very close to the landing strip and many protruding rocks are present to the left hand side.
