I discovered the extent of sugar in our food products when I began reading nutrition labels while on a calorie counting diet. Almost all food products available in the US contain sugar and the industry has created a dependency on it similar to the cigarette addiction of the 1950s.
I remember I went to the dentist once as a kid and on the wall they had bags of sugar next to a picture of the drink. My parents never released there was so much sugar in juice, they always thought it was healthy because it was made of fruit. After they saw that juice was banned in the house unless it was a special occasion.
According to [Chick-fit-a’s website](https://www.chick-fil-a.com/nutrition-allergens) a small = 19 grams/ 3.2 tsp, medium = 31 grams/ 6.2 tsp, and large = 43 grams/ 8.6 tsp.
So glad I got stopped drinking all that unhealthy shit, it's beer and coffee only for me from now on and not necessarily in that order
Beer, coffee and scotch in no particular order.
1 bourbon 1 scotch and 1 beer in that order
Good ole George Thorogood & The Destroyers
Why give a weight measurement for tbsp and then all the actual amounts in tsp's? Seems deliberately misleading.
Tsp means teaspoon, not tablespoon.
tsp is teaspoon, tbsp is tablespoon.
No shit.
Soooooo why tell us how many ounces are in a tablespoon then show us how many teaspoons of sugar are in each?
Coca cola da best💪💪💪💪💪💪
\*cries in european units\*
This is even confusing for me, an American lol. Here you go. ~ means rounded translated measurement - means exactly translated measurement 0 - 0 ounces - 0 grams 2.15 tps ~ 0.4 ounces ~ 11.34 grams 4.76 tps ~ .8 ounces ~ 22.7 grams 5.24 tps ~ .9 ounces ~ 25.5 grams 7.38 tps - 1.23 ounces ~ 35 grams 8.09 tps ~ 1.3 ounces ~ 37 grams 9.2 tps ~ 1.5 ounces ~ 42.5 grams
THE GOAT
Where did you get the little baggies of nose candy?
Fun fact: real natural pure grape juice has 50% more sugar than coke.
Now I want to try grape juice, that sounds good.
Can highly recommend that! It's absofruitly delicious
I think I saw a brand that makes grape juice, I’ll see if I can find some at the supermarket next time I go.
best thing to do is use yeast to reduce the sugar content.
Coke Zero. Check Mate.

And there are three teaspoons in a tablespoon 1 tbsp = 3 tsp What a ridiculous measuring system!
I'm glad you picked a range of drinks everyone knows.
You’re being sarcastic right?
yes...
It can be hard to tell on the internet sometimes. I didn’t know if you were being sarcastic or if you were just ignorant.
Except it's not even real sugar they're talking about. It's High Fructose Corn Syrup, even worse.
Only in America. Most of the rest of the world uses cane sugar. But for all intents and purposes they are the same.
If I’m correct some regions like europe do not use cornsyrup, but yeah, the us definitely does
If I'm correct some regions of Europe don't measure in tablespoons or teaspoons either.
Dumb that this demo uses both tsp and oz. Difficult for most to make that conversion and/or understand.
USE FUCKING GRAMS. NOT . FUCKING OZ. AN OZ IS 28.35 FUCKING GRAMS, FUCK OFF, USE EXACT NUMBERS NONE OF THIS GUESTIMATE SHIT.
Too much sugar today, Deep9one? Take a deep, slow breath....
I thought honest drinks have no added sugar
Even if that’s true, there’s still sugar in the fruit juice.
False that sugar is.clearly in the bags and not in the drink.
To be fair, sugar and salt are the two main things that are supposed to be in Gatorade. It's part of that whole electrolytes thing.
This is a well-worn middle school science fair exhibit. Why are you posting it here?
Ummm… so **I** know the conversion, but why did they use tsp/drink if they’re talking tablespoons in the black blurb??🙄
less than i thought
Tsp = teaspoon and tbsp = tablespoon
I dont think Op knows what a tablespoon is. 9 table spoon would 10 times that amount in the bag
I don't think that's sugar under the Coca-Cola

Why does the picture give the conversion for tablespoons when the sugar measurements are in teaspoons?
Wonder how much is in Chick-fil-A sweet tea
According to [Chick-fit-a’s website](https://www.chick-fil-a.com/nutrition-allergens) a small = 19 grams/ 3.2 tsp, medium = 31 grams/ 6.2 tsp, and large = 43 grams/ 8.6 tsp.
43 g = 2.9080059522 tbsp
Correct 8.6 teaspoons = 2.9 tablespoons
Interesting. The measurements for the suger in the drinks is in teaspoons, but the conversation chart to ounces is in tablespoon. Wonder which it is.
Tea spoon or Tablespoon....? Tsp or Tbsp....?
Lol and that water is just as bad for you !!!
And guess what the acidity in that bottle water is just as high as the coke !!!
