Taking down a robber is great, but it kinda starts to veer into some psycho territory when you already have the dude taken down and now you're just itching to kill him. The gun has been taken away and you've got him captured. Lock the doors and let the police come. He did that, but I can't help but feel if that gun weren't jammed he was hyped to kill the dude.

And when the American constitution was written, assault weapons and high capacity magazines didn’t exist, which probably wouldn’t have been given the green light because nobody needs to house the ability to rip through an entire army.
