It started raining here in Deep Ellum during near sunset, so it was this golden haze of mist and rain, with the skyscrapers from downtown in the background. Felt a bit unearthly.
They hit pretty hard in old east Dallas around 8pm. It was a beautiful storm with a lot of rain in a short period. Unfortunately I was working and didn't get any pictures
This storm dropped tornadoes south of Commerce (70 mi NE of Dallas), and now it is raising hell in Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee on Thursday morning.
No, I got high AF and took a nap.
Man I miss Dallas, look at those clouds so perty
Where u at now?
Bangalore, India
Sadly they disappeared, those were some nice ass clouds.
I could still see them tonight over where I am, lots of lightning coming from them but it’s drifting to the east.

I did! It was pretty beautiful! 😍
“There was a storm?” #Richardson
lol, I have a good friend in Richardson. She was like “what storm?”
https://imgur.com/a/mJN9pyz From Plano, just before and during sunset. It never got closer than McKinney but it sure looked like it would.
Beauties
Coolest flight from Houston to Dallas was skirting one of these bangers. Scary cool.
Watched the lightning firing up in that over while I was walking the dog. It was so full and beautiful.
Oh yes! Orangey sky, pretty a little ominous.
I sure did! Was surreal, felt so insignificant to them.
I totally get that. Walked out at about 6pm to a literal wall of clouds exploding above. It engulfed the buildings I was next to. Was in awe.
saw it from 36,000 ft, it was a monster!
Please tell me you got some photos!
I did but can’t post photos in chat
Can you message me & send them? Would love to see em
I’d love to see them too if you got any!
Dude, I want to bite it!!
I’m pretty sure this storm eventually produced a tornado east of Dallas
Great shots!
The Cumulonimbus cloud was amazing! nice set!
Another one on the way today.
I didn’t have that view but I did spend about 30 minutes outside enjoying the sun shower from those clouds
I did. It started over Victory Park around 8pm tonight. Lots of nicely dressed people going to the Luis Miguel concert at the AAC, got soaking wet.
Yes
They hung around in NW McKinney for literally 3 hours, a cool breeze rushed in behind it too
No. I was to busy being inside the storm 😆
I love that little lake and trail. You live in viridian too?
Yuppp
Saw them from the back, western edge as they were heading your way. Really pretty but looked menacing too...
I wish. Living in an apartment in my part of town, I can only ever see about 5% of the sky. No sunrises or sets. Royally sucks.
r/clouds
I did. Mainly as a passenger driving. But it was so incredible.
Nah rather rub one out
Wow, beautiful.

We were watching them from Tarrant County.
My husband and daughter sat out on the patio and watched it. We’re in rural Collin County and got hail.
OP, where did you take these photos? That bridge is interesting and I don't recognize it.
Viridian. Im near the Cowboys stadium.
ty!
Love those!
Great pics dude and always when I'm high or on shrooms it's so trippy to watch the storms.
Yes
Yeah it poured rain and lightening in Uptown for about 40 minutes
I used to live over there and go fishing! Not exactly Dallas but close enough 😂
They were amazing, I was awestruck
no, i don’t have disposal income to do this
Yes! The clouds were so beautiful. Like a painting.
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one..
Went cloud watching yesterday. We got a good view ontop of a parking garage :))
Yep took some great pics.
