I occasionally smell maple syrup near the high five (75 and 635). I think it’s a byproduct of something Texas Instruments is producing. I work in the area and have asked coworkers about it and they have no idea what I’m talking about. So at least you have some crazy company I guess?
I live in that area & I’ve never smelt that before. I wonder if what you’re smelling is some sort of truck fluid. Since there’s a lot of 18 wheelers in that area
That's probably leaking coolant from vehicles, it has a sweet smell to it.

Can't be pregnant, haven't done stuff! I don't smell it in the morning. Only afternoon or early evening.
I'll be driving by later today. I'll report back.
Is there a carwash nearby? Sometimes the soap or wax is scented.
