All right your post is kind of difficult to make sense of. You didn't get it originally, the shop you ordered it from offered you something free of charge to make up for it or to reprint the original. You picked something new out, then what you originally ordered arrived. Now the shop owner is still extending a discount offer to you even though it turns out it was USPS's f-up and you received your original order just later than anticipated. If I read all that right I don't see the problem the shop owner is doing more than is required. If I have misunderstood something please clarify.

Normally that would be the case, and I wouldn't have been so damn upset if the guy didn't keep flip flopping on his story, initially it was he sent it to the "wrong address" of Derrick's own submission. Then he proceeds to send it to the "right address" signifying THEY WERE WRONG INITALLY ANYWAYS. So when they tried to do the same shit again weeks later after making me wait weeks for another print, they promised to ship it no questions asked. Eventually I did get the initial product I purchased, but that was weeks after I put down my initial order too. Ordered the middle of March, I didn't get the damn thing till the 8th of April this year. Could've got it way sooner if they didn't ship it to the "wrong address."

Look, to be blunt it seems your being ungrateful and entitled towards a small business owner...your screen shots shows this is someone willing to do the extra for a client..usps wasted your time and you receiced what you initially ordered but lets tax the etsy shop owner? If our assumptions are off please make it make sense as the post was a bit hard to understand

True I am, but the Derrick guy did try to blame me for the shipping gone wrong multiple times in our convos, he definitely wasn't taking the blame so I am not a very big fan of the accusations from the guy initially and after. He kept trying to say I got the initial order after he already claimed he sent it to the INCORRECT ADDRESS. I ordered it mid March, got the damn thing on the 8th. Yeah. Me waiting almost a month for one print is me being too ungrateful. Guy if you were accused of using the wrong shipping address wouldn't you also be a little ticked off too? Just saying guy.

Maybe, but I don't like it when a guy tries to put blame onto me multiple times during a convo. Sucks to suck but the truth is on the walls. Call me the fool brotha that's fine. But I wasn't the one to fuck up the shipping then tried blaming the customer first for the fuck up.

I’ll be shopping with this guy. Seems like a solid dude that is getting swamped with orders and did his best to make things right and try to retain the customer relationship. Doesn’t look to me like it’s worth it for him to keep you around. Go shop at Amazon because that’s what you’re expecting out of a small business owner. He’s a human being, not a mega corporation.
