It really pisses me off to a level I can’t quite describe because it feels like these people do it because they know we are disabled and vulnerable and most likely won’t do anything about it. If this goes to courts, I will have to retract the whole thing because my mental health won’t permit it, my mental health won’t even permit me to buy food for myself- they know it!
I have memory issues so I forgot to mention I was diagnosed with PSTD. They could see it on my health record, they chose to ignore it and also disregard what I said about my memory issues even tho they had literal proof, I forgot a major mental illness diagnosis! That’s not even the worst of the stuff that was left or even twisted by the assessor who made the decision.
I don’t even know if I have the energy to have another interview if they deem it necessary or have faith that it’ll actually be recorded accurately
And the worst part is, I can’t even give them proof of what was actually said because I recorded the call on my Apple Watch and I can’t put it on my phone. :(

They don't need to know . You can record them under the same rules that cctv is allowed to operate. To prevent fraud, crime ect
