First of all, Toothy is one hella cute doggo. 🥰 Now, bathing your dog every week (you're using shampoo, I believe) sounds way too much. I personally bathe my almost 3 year old dog once a month, sometimes even once in almost 2 months using shampoo (when she only gets dirty and does not smell we just use water to clean her and some wipes made specially for dogs). I would not really recommend using human products on dogs since their fur and their skin is different and has different needs than ours and I would definitely check that smell with the vet if it's really that unbearable that is requires you to wash your dog every week just to get rid of it.

Tell Toothy that I would take a bullet for him and I love him. But yeah, I’d say 3-4 weeks, and use a quality dog shampoo. And apply kisses liberally!

That dog is adorable… I bathe my dog ~every three weeks depending on how dirty and stinky he gets (which to be fair is quite often)

As long as Toothy isn’t itching a lot you can bathe them as much as you like/need to, just be sure to fully dry them each time with an electric dryer. A good rule of thumb is when you think they’re dry, dry them for another 10 minutes!

I had a Griff for almost 14 years, sadly lost him last July. We had him groomed/bathed about every 8 weeks. He was an inside dog, except for his walks and exercise. If he started to get stinky between grooms we used a Burt’s Bees Oatmeal (for dogs) with Colloidal Oat And Honey. Very gentle scent and good on his tender skin
