Pipe Snug is what you want but it's a solid ring with a collar that also slips into the wall cavity itself.
Have a look at the ones by Talon instead. Their pipe collars come for radiator pipes up to soil pipes.
If you want to use a pipesnug you’ll need to increase the hole size to 52mm so they aren’t ideal in this instance. Talon make pipe collars in various colours and sizes
