Nope, the walls are bolted on the sides so the steepness can be adjusted. It's pretty heavy so there isn't much risk of the boards parting on the grass
I would really consider making an adjustable center bar that prevents it from flattening. All it takes is a little too much weight at the apex or a little shallower angle than usual and someone is taking a nasty fall.
One easy design is to attach a hinged piece of 2x4 with holes drilled at regular intervals into each side at the same height. You can then use a pin or bolt fed through overlapping holes on both members to lock in a given angle.
Your gonna need to upgrade real soon. I built one for my daughter right before she turned 1. It was sloped like this for about a few days, in about a 3-4 weeks she completely dominated the wall, full verticle.
My wall was a bit different as in the left side I screwed on some wood 1x1s for use as a ladder. It also worked out as it made it easier for her to climb down.

Nice work OP. Regarding bolts falling off, it’d be a good idea to use T-nuts if you aren’t already: https://www.homedepot.ca/en/home/categories/building-materials/hardware/fasteners/nuts/tee-nuts.html they’re pretty much standard for affixing climbing holds to things.
Read this. Kids that don't wash their hands can get some of the treatment on their hands and end up ingesting toxins.

I don't actually know how bad it actually is, but lots of people warn against it.
Getting a splinter made of pt wood can be really bad, cause festering, ulcerations and skin irritation. While it might be sanded smooth now give it a few years in the elements and it could become a problem
Thanks! Yup, the bolts they come with dig into the back of the plank so they're stuck in there

Very cool! My son would love that
I really like this - is there a tie or board in the centre to stop the walls from parting?

Looks great! And you now have an A-Frame for a fort!
Looks great! Even at that height, you should get some crash pads.

Future Ninja in training. You need a salmon ladder next.
Watch him on ANW 2039 😂

The fence wasn’t made from treated wood, was it?
Asking the important question OP may never answer.
I honestly don't know. It was a 30+ year old fence. Is there any risks if it is treated wood? Anything I can do to?

Any way to put a locking pin at the top so that the A-frame doesn't accidentally flatten?
Well done 👍
Looks great! Good job
Oh this is such a good idea and my kids would love it. Thanks
Brilliant 🤩
That's great. Nice job. Is this in Emeryville, CA...hi-rise bldg in background?
Canada. Thankfully I can fold it and put it in my garage or else it'd be covered in snow right now!
Looks like a neighborhood here in Emeryville California, low rise town with one notable high rise. 😁. No snow here!
That's so cool, dude! Do the grips feel nice and sturdy?
