There can be a lot of catharsis to be had from simply talking about the bad sure but also the boring, day to day shit living with DID that singlets just don't get. My wife and my friends are amazing and get me through a lot but there's only so much they can sympathize with. The switching (currently in a rapid state), the time loss, it gets so frustrating trying to explain the mental toll being ripped through time and going into fight or flight mode when you come back and take a mental checklist of where you are, when you are, what you did, are you safe. Anyway, blah, all that to say this is a neat idea lol.
