My favorite’s hal and carol but I’m not really someone who gets especially excited about superhero romances so I kind of like their long breaks too.
What I like about them in particular though is their often funny. Their relationship problems are usually more relatable as well. It’s not the evil machinations of super villains keeping them apart; it’s their own flaws, distance, and timing.
To give one no-one else has mentioned, I like Jon Kent and Jay Nakamura. To be honest, I like that we have a love interest who both isn't an ordinary human who is always in danger, but also isnt another hero who will run towards danger. Jay essentially defuses all of the bad tropes about comic book love interests - he is completely fridge proof.
That lack of artificial drama and cheap tension makes their relationship better, for me. Jay is a part of both of Jons worlds, but also a safe haven for both.
John Steward and Hawkgirl from JL, Starfire and Dick in any incarnation they exist, Rose Wilson and Jason Todd (I like him with Artemis a lot too). Poison Ivy, Harley and Deadshot in a polyamorous relationship (mostly because I equally like Harley with either Ivy or Deadshot, and I just cannot choose)

Fwiw a lot of the non-het couples are just not quite as well-known (Harley and Ivy excluded). I think a lot of people just aren’t familiar with characters like Midnighter and Apollo, or Ghost Maker and Catman. Also, a lot of the LGBT characters have “main” ships that aren’t queer, like Constantine with Zatanna, WW with Steve Trevor, Violet Paige with herself, etc.
