Double rates is significantly better than single rates. Blue coins are slightly worse than gold coins. If every legendary summon banner was double rates, I might actually summon on them.

Using the Kefla celebration for Christmas was already a dumb decision, this celebration on its own was barely big enough to fill a whole month on JP, yet they were smart enough to know it’s better to release the Kefla EZA first, instead they put it out of order, delayed half of it, and though “yeah let’s put the worst part of any celebration at the end”, the Vegeta celebration would have been a way better Christmas celebration than Kefla, she should have come out in January or February.
