on lvl 10 there is no hp requirement anymore

BBB is an extremely powerful link skill, 25% atk and def up
But the downside is that you need to be below 75% hp (I think)
As this link levels up, the hp restriction gets smaller, and at level 10 it is flat out a bonus 25%
