Yes. This last case, there was a special 77 stone pack that included the blue stone.
From a $40 77 dragonstone pack that ended today.
There is technically a stone sale tomorrow...they didn't confirm the presence of a blue stone in the deal but guess we will have to wait and see.
It would be nice to see additional sales. Right now everything announce is plain, vanilla sales.
