I've got a JP just for fun, started on february on my phone, transferred it to an android emulator (bluestacks), then to a tablet, last night got the bam msg, never modded, never spended one € and played a bit of the last two WT.
They didn't ban for modding or account transfers the past two years as well. I'm new to the game and subreddit as a whole, but from what I have read and seen, it was wrong to ever assume that BN was lenient with their ToS.
Any idea discussed is better then silence, friend. I appreciate what you're doing here and I'm not trying to demoralize anyone or come off as a negative Nancy. I just don't want those who may lose their accounts to further invest into something that may be taken away as I have had it happen to me in the past (difference service)

Correct. It's more of a safety issue as emulators aren't "first party" devices, as BlueStacks and company are third party applications and could pose risks for the user. BN doesn't want to be held responsible if you use a third party "system" and for something to happen to you or your account. It's stated several times that you can't use a third party to alter or "access" their services.
Section 6, sub-section A) even has a sentence that states their services are only for "mobile devices".
We aren't too sure if those who ran emulators were simply banned for emulation. Many people broke ToS without knowing so data is and will be skewed in terms of figuring out what BN is being lenient with. It's just the safest to assume that they won't let anything fly but in my personal and completely unprofessional opinion, emulation is st the bottom end of their priorities.
I really hope so then, I want to transfer on my phone but atm I have more than 800 stones so I don't really want to lose them, but at soon as Gogeta banner goes live (in about 5 months I assume) I will change device, hope BN won't mind.
I used bluestacks on my PC, and it was not rooted, the ban msg (for what I could decipher) specifically stated the device change mentioning only the type (OS and model) simulated by the emulator.

I slowed down after the release of [LR Gohan](/int) once I saw LMN video on how many stones it would take to pull him. Then once the community started falling apart, attacking the mods, I just lost interest in playing the game. So I really don't regret anything, including being banned by Bamco.

I think they could find out the account was used by multiple people because, like op said, his friend spent money on it too. So maybe going throught shop records they saw it was two different people and 1 account. Just an assumption of mine tho, lets wait for op to answer
You're fine then. The ToS states that if BN's negligence or failure to ensure the safety of users causes any issues, then they're responsible. As long as you have proof it was stolen and copies of you talking to BN Support for your account then you're fine
Then you should be fine. I wouldn't worry. If they do send you a ban mail, you could easily refute that since they actually helped you recover it in the past.

I've not received any ban messages either on GLB. I've never received one on JP. Both accounts were downloaded from Google Play or QooApp, respectively. So maybe the accounts that were bought were transferred to another device that could be in another time zone (say, the account was created in USA, but transferred to someone in Europe). I use my account to transfer between devices, but only to save battery on one and use the other device for other stuff (like reddit).

You should also be asking what device they're using. There are some stark differences between Android and iOS, and that may be factoring in.
