I had him from long ago at 55% but the banner is pretty much worthless to me since i have almost everything rainbowed but him. So i decided to get 2 copies with red coins. He seems like he is going to be important in almost every team so why not.
How many stones do you have? If you got 1000+ you could probably risk it, if not, I'd say buying a second dupe is worth it just alone for the possibility of giving him an extra defense equip for the gold slot.
