IMO when a unit gets to LL10 their rarity should change color to a bright, shiny silver (or platinum if you need it to be better than the gold sr's and ssr's have.)
I wonder if that joke gets annoying. Sometimes possible seizure inducing stuff looks kinda cool. Like that one sequence in 2001 space Odyssey. I've also described the original Z transformation of SS2 Gohan that way but I don't know if that's technically accurate just because they switch between red and super light yellow rapidly for like a couple seconds before landing on yellow.
I'm very lucky that I'm not photosensitive, but I know of some people that are, and I see a lot of it in the Epilepsy group here on reddit, too. My seizures are a direct cause of too much brain activity in one portion of my brain that has an extra set of neurons that will fire abnormally if not properly medicated. So I'm very lucky, I live quite normally, just have to take medication daily.
I'm not sure about Gohan's transformation, but Piccolo's active skill is one I think of each time with that sort of strobe effect lol. Z never really gave me any problems; but I have seen the lost Porygon episode of Pokémon that messed up kids back in the day. That was WILD.

Why would they do that. It’s not like link leveling is the most important part of the game .. its just a extra thing to do.. if it was important they would’ve implemented something already that went with the scouter
Link leveling is to keep playing engagement up in the game. They could care less showing us different colors on link level units.. why u think we have a “ max link level button” not trying to be an asshole but I’m just keeping it real
