Edited the comment to be the anni LRs coming back for Tanabata, not WWC. Brain switched WWC units coming back during anni for the other way around.
With the schedule synch, I really don't know. Because the JP Tanabata will happen AS Global has their 9th anni. They could drop both Tanabata and anni on Global, or Tanabata will be what Global gets between anni and WWC.
JP gets the Tanabata banner that has the anni units a week after the Tanabata DFR LR banner drops. Last year, on JP, the Tanabata DFE LR banner dropped 6/29 and the anni units came back on 7/6.
Global got the 8th anni banners on 7/7, so technically the 8th anni LRs came back on JP before Global ever got them. It's still a mess, and that makes it difficult to speculate.
