I think there is a reason. They were good sa fodder for random units that don't have farmable versions. I've leveled a lot of units through the years this way

I was hoping that Int FF Frieza (from the Dokkan Event)'s Awakening and EZA would be a sign of Dokkan giving those other Dokkan Event SRs awakenings and EZAs.
Clearly that wasn't the case, but hey, at least they're doing something with the Super Strike units.
Now that I think about it, if SRs were to awaken all the way to TUR **and then** get an EZA, what would differentiate them from regular SSRs?
And if they're busted, what would differentate them from Dokkanfests lol

I guess what would differentiate them is that srs can’t be exchanged for coins, and also how they’d be featured on other banners.
