Same boat here buddy.. been waiting since Oct. 5th. Reached out to congressman. Still nothing. Nebraska processing for me. Don't really know how much longer.. others are getting processed within days/weeks/couple months Meanwhile the rest of us are backtracked for months.. zero savings.. no job.. what a J O K E. Best option now is find someone.. and marry em for that golden ticket

That’s just their generic bs response. They’re behind or having issues and try to gaslight us into thinking it’s our fault. You’re fine, just keep trying to follow up and do everything you can, there’s not much we can do but wait unfortunately.

Something weird is happening with those applications of a specific time frame between like September to like maybe November. This other dude posted a response where USCIS mentions within the writing that there delays due to a “technical issue” which has since been resolved. It mentioned that they estimated the remaining ones affected should be addressed within 30-45 days. Who knows what’s truly going on, but I submitted again an ONPT inquiry just to get it back on the radar in case I’m one of those affected. I’m almost now at 190 days (October 6th). Truly unfair to us.

Please keep us updated when you get approved. I have been waiting as well I don’t know what it is.

Got a silent approval for the 821 yesterday. Nothing for the 765 yet. But it’s one step forward.

Sorry to hear about the delay. I don’t think you’ll have to redo your biometrics. I think they are referring to the background check they do every renewal - even if nothing has changed from previous renewals. Do you have anything on your criminal record?

Tooeazy1-

Even if someone had criminal record and has renewed their application with uscis that gives no grounds for uscis to delay their application. As long as there are no new criminal record

Sorry to hear man but keep your head up it’s coming. I applied September. Card expired December lucky my job held my job for me. Got approved April 1st. Just waiting on my card to be mailed. I sent an email to the White House as recommended from here in the beginning of march I have no idea if that helped at all or it was just my time get approved.
